Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on 33ed. Opening an account by minors is strictly prohibited. The platform may request relevant documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts involved will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information will be treated as a breach of these terms. 33ed may at any time request a national ID card or other documents to verify identity.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, unless you have promptly notified us that someone else is using it.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

33ed offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳42,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Importantly, wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are applicable once only and for genuine players.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.
• A bonus may have a specific expiry period — please read the details of the relevant offer.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• 33ed reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate terms apply to cashback and rewards received under the VIP program.

4.4 VIP Program

33ed's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you progress to higher tiers. Decisions regarding VIP status are at the sole discretion of 33ed.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Regulation

The player bears full responsibility for ensuring account security, providing accurate information, and lawful use. 33ed will not be liable for any losses arising from the player's own negligence or error.

Changes to Terms, Disputes & Account Termination

10.1 Changes to Terms

33ed reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes as far in advance as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the new terms.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

10.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided the wagering requirements have been met.

10.4 Account Termination for Breach of Terms

In the event of any serious breach of these terms, 33ed may close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice. This decision will be considered final.
